Since 1989, Direct Resource, Inc. has provided marketing research services essential for success in an increasingly competitive business environment. Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, we operate both nationally and internationally, specializing in astute planning and proactive field management for multi-phased, multi-location projects. As one of the first firms operating internationally more than a decade ago, we have developed extensive global experience and capabilities.

Out-of-the-box is out of the question

Recognizing that clients have unique needs, we refuse to implement an out-of-the-box approach. Instead, we custom-tailor every project, utilizing our vast network of field staff, programmers, moderators, and other research resources. And we especially welcome the opportunity to put our problem-solving skills and ingenuity to work on challenging projects.

Meet our President

Bridgid Michaud, President and founder of Direct Resource, Inc., has 28 years of market research and business management experience. She oversees all company operations and staff, as well as actively assists in project design and management. Bridgid holds a B.A. in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin and is a member of the American Marketing Association, World Association of Opinion and Marketing Research Professionals (ESOMAR), the Marketing Research Association and has Professional Researcher Certification (PRC).
